Here are some of the questions we are sometimes asked. Please read through them and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or queries about the information provided.
How do I make a booking?
Please use the contact form to make an enquiry about a booking. We will aim to respond within 24 hours. If you prefer to talk over the phone please ask for a member of the Bundles of Fun team to contact you by telephone and we will do so.
Once a date has been confirmed we will ask for a deposit to be paid within 48 hours which will also serve as a damage deposit. This will be returned on collection of the undamaged/unsoiled soft play equipment.
How do I pay for hiring the equipment?
You can pay by bank transfer or via Paypal. For last minute bookings it will be possible to pay cash on the day.
How long will I have use of the equipment?
The soft play bundles are delivered at a pre-arranged time and you will be able to use the equipment for the whole day up until 5:00 pm. It is possible to hire the equipment for additional hours up until 8:00 pm and there will be an additional charge of £10 per hour.
How long will you need to set up and pack away?
We will need between 45 minutes and one hour to set up and the same to pack away. Please keep this in mind if you are booking a venue as you will need to book the venue for one hour before the event and one hour after.
Is the equipment available all year round?
Yes. The equipment is available for hire throughout the year.
Can the equipment be used outside?
We realise that the soft play equipment provides so much fun outside on a sunny day but unfortunately the British weather often changes rapidly and sunshine can turn to rain. When this happens the children’s fun can be spoilt as the equipment becomes wet and unsafe to use until it has dried. For this reason we can only permit the equipment to be used outside if on a flat surface and under the cover of a gazebo or canopy. If you plan to use the equipment outside please mention this at the time of booking. Please ensure that the area where the equipment is to be set up is free from pet/animal faeces as we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the area is not suitable for the equipment. The full cost will still be payable.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have public liability insurance.
